Membership Eligibility

By joining the Lubbock Ladies Book Club, you agree to the following membership requirements:

1. Women Only: Membership is exclusive to women. We aim to create a supportive, women-centered space for our members.
2. Local Residency: Members must reside in or near Lubbock, Texas. As we are a local book club, our meetings take place in person, and we want to foster a community of women from the surrounding area.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the revocation of membership.

Code of Conduct

To ensure that our meetings and discussions are enjoyable and enriching for all members, we expect the following conduct:

1. Kindness and Respect: All members are required to treat each other with kindness and respect. We foster a positive, welcoming environment, and negativity or disrespect towards other members will not be tolerated.
2. Openness to Diverse Opinions: We encourage open, thoughtful discussion of our monthly books. Members should be open to hearing and considering ideas and opinions that may differ from their own, engaging in healthy and constructive conversations.

Any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct may result in the removal of a member from the group at the discretion of the club organizers.
